TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ARTWORK PROPOSALS
Custom work must first be submitted in a pitch-style format to [email protected] or to Gunnar Duro on Facebook. We cannot guarantee which method of contact will yield a quicker response. There will be a form for you to fill out if your commission is accepted — this is to ensure we are aligned in vision, along with protecting both your rights and mine.2. AGE RESTRICTION
As an NSFW artist you must be over 18 to commission Gunnar Duro. No, your parent cannot commission for you. If you commission NSFW work, we will require an ID that matches your PayPal upon acceptance. You must consent to this, no negotiation.3. TURNAROUND TIME
I work full-time and lead a full life in various mediums. I like to take my time with work to ensure it comes out above standard. Depending on the project, and depending on life, your turnaround could take a few days to upwards of a month and a half.
I will communicate, bare minimum, on a once/twice a week basis with updates and progress of your work. I aim to communicate more frequently than this, and will probably ask you niche questions about the commission during the process.
As a bare rule — incase of something catastrophic happening in my life — my latest turnaround time is 75 days. This timeframe may be voided for portfolio work (which will be communicated). In the event your piece does have an extended turnaround time, you will be notified.4. CHECK-INS
There will be two or three check-in phases depending on commission. I will message or e-mail you during these phases with WIPs. This will allow you to slightly tweak the work to your liking and give me headers for what you envision. Under no circumstance can you share or post these WIPs. You have 36hrs to reply — if you don’t, I will move forward. After the third check-in, any further requests for adjustments will carry an additional fee. Adjustments add extra time to my pieces, and payment should reflect my hard work. YCH pieces will only have one check-in phase.

I reserve the right to post and use any artwork for portfolio and showcasing purposes. I will privately confirm this with you. You will be tagged for character rights. You will be the first person to see the finished product. We would like you to post it first, but we reserve the right to post it after 48hrs if we choose to.
Credit my art upon posting.
Do not remove my watermarks.
Do not put my work into AI.
Do not use my work for anything crypto.6. PRICE & PAYMENT
At the beginning of the commission, payment must be made in full via CashApp or PayPal. Alternatively, you can pay half of the balance up front, and the other half during commission completion. You will not receive the finished high-resolution piece until payment is made in full.
NSFW pieces can only be paid via PayPal for age verification purposes.
If you fail to communicate in a timely fashion and have not made full payment, your commission will come to a halt.
Our prices are in USD. These are the only plans and payment methods I offer, and trades are not accepted. I will not respond if you negotiate.7. REFUNDS
A refund will only be issued in the case you have waited longer than 75 days or if the commission has not been started beyond the sketch phase. A (partial) refund may be issued in the case you are more stressful than helpful to work with. There are no exceptions.We are communicative and honest people and expect the same from our clients. Respect MUST be a baseline between us.
I prefer to work one piece at a time instead of multiple pieces at once. I will communicate wait times and when your piece begins.Thank you!

There will be a sheet for commission information, a sheet for agreements and signatures, and an invoice sheet. Please be communicative as I work on your piece. I WILL NOT DRAW:
